The speakers of the first session Marina Bezyuk, head of administration and fleet , and Polina Golynskaya, expert in administration with ZAO GlaxoSmithKline Trading, described GSK relocation in detail and presented the concept of smart working, i.e., future of our offices with no fixed working places and a great diversity of zones for comfortable and creative co-working.
Elena Sopova, GRE Delivery Manager Russia, CIS, Israel, UAE and Qatar, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, who has more than once organised training sessions at Loftice events, presented a range of advanced technologies, mobile applications, and internet tools that can automate the work of administrative departments and create efficient working space.
Business Development Director Nikolay Shalaev presented Effice, a mail management service designed by Loftice. With Effice, one can quickly and smoothly track incoming mail, dispatch outgoing mail, receive notifications, check message status. Effice as well has tools for renting conference rooms, ordering business cards, purchasing stationery and hiring taxis and drivers.
During the practical part of the event, participants shared their experience in applying new technologies in the administrative field and implementing the concept of smart working.
